RETURNS
Due to the nature of our wellness products, opened, used, or partially used products cannot be returned or refunded.
UNOPENED PRODUCTS
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval.
RETURN APPROVAL
All returns must be approved before being shipped back.
To request a return, please contact our customer support team and include your order number and reason for the return.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
REFUNDS
Once an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your financial institution.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photographs of the product and packaging to assist with the claim process.
Once verified, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
Aurevia Wellness botanicals, is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or lost packages resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If Package Protection was purchased at checkout, claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages should be submitted directly through the Package Protection provider according to their terms and conditions.
Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier may not be eligible for refund.
